8. Manufacturing Process

Precision Machining

Plungers and barrels are manufactured by automatic CNC lathes. In-process inspections are performed every two hours, and 100% dimensional inspection is completed before plating.

Electroplating

Vacuum plating process with strict control of nickel and gold plating thickness. Thickness reports are available upon request.

Automatic Assembly

Pogo pins are assembled using self-developed automatic riveting equipment, ensuring excellent consistency and high assembly precision.

Final Inspection

100% inspection of dimensions, spring force, and contact resistance can be provided for high-end applications.
