The backboard connector connects the motherboard to the daughter board. It is commonly used for large communication devices, ultra-high-performance servers, supercomputers, industrial computers, and high-end storage devices. Due to the development of communication technology, the signal transmission speed is getting higher and higher. Therefore, it is necessary to solve the interference and crosstalk caused by the distributed capacitance and inductance generated during high-speed transmission of high-frequency signals, as well as the attenuation and reflection caused by impedance mismatch.
The DY Series 2.0 mm backplane connector is one such solution. Its male header adopts a vertical structure, while its female receptacle features a 90° right-angle structure. The board and backplane are connected in a 90° vertical configuration, enabling the transmission of high-speed differential signals, single-ended signals, and high currents (when used together with a power module).
The ZD Series connector offers reliable contact performance and excellent environmental characteristics, along with high contact density. Its female receptacle adopts a right-angle structure, while its male header features a vertical structure. It can be configured with 2, 3, or 4 pairs of signal transmission channels. Each signal pair can be divided into 10 groups, with each group consisting of 20 signal contacts and 10 grounding contacts.
